Elsa Belle is the vision of Judy and Jay. It’s a labor of love and the result of years of dreaming.

Judy was 13 when she visited a swank boutique with her mother. She stepped inside and looked around and at that moment knew exactly what she wanted to do when she grew up. Today, she’s doing it - running Elsa Belle, raising her littles, and keeping the kind of home her family is lucky to live in.

Jay’s been an independent writer and director for 15. But, he’s been a right-brainer and tinkerer his whole life. He loves to make stuff and work in his pajamas.

Today, together, Jay and Judy follow their hearts… and hope everyone does the same.
